Honestly, Jim exceeded every expectation I had. I needed a Level 2 EV charger installed for our Ford Mustang Mach-E, I decided to go with Jim best decision I made. He showed up on time, got straight to work, and explained everything along the way without me even having to ask. Come to find out he’s a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer who decided to go out on his own and build his company from the ground up. It shows. This is not just a guy who knows how to flip breakers he understands the work at a deep level and takes real pride in doing it right. The price was very fair, no surprises, and he had my invoice ready fast. The installation was clean and professional from start to finish. What really stuck with me though was just the kind of person he is. Humble, honest, and a man of faith. We ended up talking for a while and I left feeling like I had met someone genuinely good not just a good electrician. Jim was absolutely amazing. We had been dealing with ongoing electrical issues for weeks — power going out upstairs, flickering lights, weird voltage readings, outlets acting strange, and multiple electricians giving us huge quotes and telling us the whole house basically needed to be redone.
